Iron Fortress Endurance is our running and endurance discipline. The free weekly Iron Fortress Run Club is hosted under this discipline as a community event — open to every pace, no commitment required. Iron Fortress Athletics also fields the Iron Fortress Endurance team for competitive runners — separate program, separate path. Both are backed by Division 1 athletic experience and the same standard of resilience, discipline, and grit.

The Standard: 3 Miles in 24 Minutes

Anyone can train with Run Club. The pack is open to all who are willing to put in the effort. But at Iron Fortress, distinction is earned, not bought.

  • The Participant: Join the free weekly Run Club, get professional coaching tips, and run with a supportive community pushing you to exceed your limits.
  • The Official Run Club Member: To earn the Iron Fortress Run Club patch, meet the standard — a verified 3-mile run in under 24 minutes.

Iron Fortress wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born in the park. Our journey began as a grassroots effort to take strength training to the people via free weekly group workouts at public parks. The Iron Fortress Run Club is a return to those roots — focused not on profit, but on the passion of what we do.

We wanted to create a community where resilience, discipline, and grit are the standards of excellence, not just buzzwords. Whether you're a sub-20 minute 5K runner or simply trying to reclaim your health after 30 or 40 years, there is a place for you in this pack.

Led by Experience, Not Guesswork

Most run clubs are social gatherings. Ours is a training ground. Iron Fortress Run Club is guided by Division 1 athletic experience. Every route, every interval, and every piece of advice is backed by real competitive experience. You aren't just logging miles; you're training with purpose.

  • Accessible Intensity: Elite-level training shouldn't be limited to exclusive training centers. We bridge the gap between the casual jogger and the serious athlete.
  • Community Focused: Walking into a serious training group can be intimidating. We've removed the intimidation while keeping the intensity — an open, welcoming pack that expects a lot of effort from each individual.

Standards matter. While our weekly runs are open to everyone regardless of pace, achieving "Official Member" status is a distinction that must be earned.

How It Works

  • Open Training: Anyone can join Run Club. Whether you're running a 10-minute mile or a 6-minute mile, you're welcome to train, sweat, and improve with us.
  • The Test: To earn the Iron Fortress Run Club patch and Official Member status, complete a verified 3-mile run in under 24 minutes.

The Hybrid Athlete

You lift heavy, but you also need to move fast. From cable crossovers to deadlift platforms, we provide everything needed for complete body transformation inside the gym — and the Run Club is the engine that powers that machine outside. We prove that you can build a massive total and a sub-20 minute 5K simultaneously.

The Competitor

For those dedicated to hitting specific performance metrics, our run club offers a structured environment to test yourself against the clock and the pack. Guided by Division 1 athletic experience, our programming helps you refine your pacing and push past mental barriers.

The Comeback

Whether you're trying to reclaim your health after 30 or 40 years or returning from an injury, there is a place for you here. We are a community where resilience is the standard. You don't need to be fast to start; you just need the grit to finish.
