Free weekly open training session dedicated to squat, bench press, and deadlift.
This is a structured, focused environment for lifters of all experience levels — whether you're building your base strength or preparing for your next meet. Train with competition-grade equipment in a serious, driven atmosphere alongside others committed to getting stronger.
Experienced athletes will be on the floor throughout the session to provide tips, technical cues, setup adjustments, and general guidance. While this is not a one-on-one coached class, support is available to help you refine your lifts and train with confidence.
